What is a one-off bank transfer payment?

One off bank payment is a new, fee-free way of paying your Synergy bill using your bank details. Make a one off payment. All you need is your BSB and bank account number. 

Unlike direct debit, these are one-off payments - giving you more flexibility with your payments.  Simply log in to My Account and click the Pay now button to get started.
